Welcome to Family Business and Entrepreneurship at the Haub School of Business
The collaboration between academia and industry has been a strength of Saint Joseph’s Haub School of Business since its founding. It is with this model in mind that the University introduced the Initiative for Family Business and Entrepreneurship alongside the academic major and minor.The Initiative for Family Business and Entrepreneurship provides family businesses support, guidance and tools necessary to increase long-term competitiveness, ownership, prosperity and family unity for generations to come.Saint Joseph’s University Initiative for Family Business and Entrepreneurship (IFBE) is an authoritative leader locally, regionally, nationally and internationally in the family business community. IFBE provides access to specialized family business support, guidance, tools and research based on academic research and practical understanding. We strive to develop deep, trusted relationships with the family business community and provide ample opportunity for family businesses to build their own networks of trusted advisors.
